I’ve never been able to watch a single episode of This Is Us. It looks like it exists solely to make the viewer cry. No thanks.

ITT: People who don’t understand just how rare good TV was back in the day. Shows like Friends and Seinfeld haven’t exactly aged well, but they’re “overrated” nowadays because they were immensely popular because they were literally the best thing on TV at the time.
Modern Family easily. 5 time Emmy for Best comedy. Beating out Curb your enthusiasm, Veep, the Office, Parks and Rec, Louis, Girls, and Silicon fucking Valley. Did I mention Curb? Veep?
Jesus Christ this show annoys me. It’s not the worst show, it’s fine. But it’s pandering, and the worst part is the writers make the characters say unrealistic things just so another character can have a witty comeback.
