People who feel the need to answer Ask Internet’s questions with “I don’t know”, why?

Ever notice the same thing on review sites? If you go to Amazon for example they have the option to “Ask a question” about a product. Sometimes I’ll look through to see what common issues someone might be having, see if anything relevant is being asked. Therr are always so many people who answer “I Don’t Know” on those questions!
