For me the appeal is pretty much just that you can do almost as much with your feet as you can with your hands so why not?
I’ve noticed that many men with the fetish tend to like the arch. Looked at in profile, the arch resembles the curve of a woman’s back, and the heel looks like the butt. Probably some kind of hard-wiring to look for healthy reproduction proportions, lol.

I generally like the mystique of how hidden and revealed they are like any other part of a woman’s body like breasts or ass. There’s something about that reveal that makes me appreciate how equally beautiful the person is in and out of clothing, footwear, etc. Some women just have well groomed feet and I can’t help but appreciate that like I do the rest of their body.
