I’m one of those people that can’t cry even when they want/need to.
Today I ugly-cried a shit ton and idk why. I’m a girl but my cycle was last week so it’s not hormones.
I don’t feel particularly better but it’s been a crappy few days anyways. I’m fine but also not. But I will be in a few days, that’s how it always works
Meh. I’m back on antidepressants, which make me feel kind of hollow, but at the very least I’m not suicidal, so that’s something
