The caffeine doesn’t do a whole lot for me. But just drinking it puts me in a better mood. I thinks it’s more of a mood booster for me. I just love coffee.

It aggravates my IBS if I have it a lot, same with alcohol.

Actually just quit 3 days ago after drinking it for over 10 years. I did drink very strong arabic coffee and my anxiety was god awful. Even after 3 days I feel more calm and better overall. Apart from the energy boost and a good taste, I wouldn’t recommend it anymore.
