I think the best advice my Grandmother gave me is the cure-all magic of a walk!

Nervous? Sad? Anxious? Angry? I have found no better remedy than going for a walk whenever I am in a heightened state, or my emotions are getting the best of me. Sometimes it only takes a few steps, sometimes I need a whole mile to walk it off and process what i'm feeling, but I am always in a better state of mind after. Many of my friends have taken the same advice, and agree!

Walk before a big meeting, after a huge fight, or when you are feeling that anxiety creeping in! IT WORKS!
