Consiglio: If you are ever feeling in a low mood or lack any energy, ask yourself if you have drank enough water in the past week – something that’s so easy to neglect can change your life.

I wasn't feeling the best and would always see the bad parts in life but then someone asked when I last drank 2L of water and it occured to me that I hadn't for a while, so I got a 650ml protein bottle (any bottle would do) and drank around 3 to 4 of them throughout the day. (A glass of water here and there daily is not sufficient)

At first you don't feel much difference but after a week or so believe me your whole outlook on life changes for the good.

Please make sure you don't neglect your organs and your brain by depriving them of water, it is key to a healthy mind.

Just another side note: you can confirm this when you drink your first glass of water , if your body takes in down like it's a glass of air, then you are seriously dehydrated.

TLDR; lack of water will mess with your brain and organs so please drink 2L to 2.5L daily for a week and see for yourself how your life changes.
