This is a very simple tip, but it may take time getting used to. Cut out the caffeine for the most part. Stop drinking liquid sugar. When you go to fast food restaurants, just order a cup of water. When you’re at a real restaurant, only ask for water. Every level of your life should be water only. The only exceptions to this are alcohol on occasion and coffee in the morning if you’re into that. Otherwise, JUST DRINK WATER.
