I don’t like long workouts so what I do is I commit to only a 10 minute workout. Ten minutes is such a small commitment.
I use free 10-minute YouTube videos.
After I’m done, I can say mission accomplished and do something else.
But 99% of the time, I feel so great after the 10 minute workout that I want to do another 10 minute workout. Then I ask myself if I should do another 5-10 minute workout (50/50 I do this one). Then I do a cool down stretch for 5 minutes.
So really I got a decent workout in by committing to only a 10 minute workout.
