UHHHH. Okay… Here’s a plan… while he’s in the kitchen just random say “So I heard you like other men”. He’ll feel awkward about it because he was super drunk at the time and was feeling a little experimental because he never got the chance to do that while he was younger. He’ll make some awkward joke, you poke fun at him and then you grow together as a married couple.
That’s about all there is to it. Don’t expect him to come out of the closet or anything because it’s really not that sort of thing.
Edit: Honestly… I feel odd having to clarify this… but if you’re worried about him being gay or having feelings for someone else then him making out with another guy and other people poking fun at him for doing so is definitely not a “red flag”. If someone wants to ‘cheat’ on you then it wont just be “making out with male friends” and if you’re thinking that he’d do that off a text message then I’d question the overall trust in the relationship.
