My wife started an Asian cooking blog recently and I keep telling her to feature our favorite western foods as well — like smoked brisket. After all, a blog is about sharing your personal tastes.
Asian American. If I had to pick a few:
NY style pizza. Burgers and BBQ are great. Pasta in general is fantastic. Oh and Mexican Food, Mexico thank you for your gift that is carne asada.

Deep Dish Pizza, when properly made is heavenly.
And a perfectly fried chicken is hard to come by, but when you do, you can’t stop gorging.
Pizza, I’ve had NY style, Neapolitan, deep dish, Detroit, microwaveable, I love them all.
