The people you speak of are still vastly superior to the people who loudly converse in public with their phone on speaker.

Usually when someone blasts a video in public, I like to make a call on speakerphone (max volume), to my brother so we can share terrible puns and laugh viscerally being sure to “over laugh” in the most annoying way possible. The video people typically leave with disgusted looks.
Forgetting my headphones at home.
