What are some good habits/things to do, that make you feel like you’re thriving?

Bentornati ad un’altra stupefacente edizione delle domande di cultura generale!

Questa volta abbiamo cercato una domanda rivolta alle donne. What are some good habits/things to do, that make you feel like you’re thriving?

Ed ecco le risposte del genere femminile:

I try to remember that just like dogs, humans have a list of daily needs in order to thrive.

We need to eat when hungry, ideally a variety of foods and not too much salt or sugar

We need to drink when thirsty

We need to go outside twice a day and get fresh air and experience nature

We need to talk to another human once a day at least

We need to have at least an hour of unstructured play time every day

We need to exercise at least 20 minutes per day (helps if this is incorporated into play but doesn’t have to be)

We need to feel clean the majority of the time

We need to touch other humans at least a couple times a week

We need to feel useful at least a few times a week, but too much work can also be harmful

We need novelty at least a few times a month in order to feel appropriately stimulated (new food, new form of play, new person to speak to, new project, new environment)

Doing all these things makes me feel happy and healthy, and forgetting or ignoring one results in me slowly wilting like a plant.

Have a “third place” – somewhere you’re known, welcomed, and can go when you’re not working or at home.

Second: have friends, see them every couple of weeks. FAMILY DOES NOT COUNT. Your family probably loves you, but they want things from you. They want you to do things, to be more, to be healthy, whatever. Friends are meant to just want you to be happy, encourage you, and want nothing from you. Just people who enjoy being with you as you move through life.

Drinking water!

Yoga, and going to the gym.

Regular masturbation. Get to know yourself. Your likes, your dislikes. Then it’s so much easier to communicate to partners and makes the sex 1,000x better.

Working out! I do hot yoga 3-5x a week. I was out of town for a week and couldn’t go, I didn’t realize how much yoga has helped my anxiety, stress and how positive or negative my thoughts are.

dont let you being tired or scared stop you from doing/trying anything.

if your friends have plans and you dont feel like going, just go; you will never regret seeing people who love to see you/hang with you.

foster your hobbies! don’t be afraid to try new things or meet new people.

TRAVEL. Take those girls trips! Life is short so make those memories.

Getting a good workout in. Cooking simple, healthy meals. Keeping my mind active.

Masturbate

Exercising regularly
