Fighting over whom pays for things. I like to treat people to nice things and have the ability to do it. But, you just get one chance. If you start the passive aggressive payment battle with me; I just roll over immediately and stare at you while you pay for my stuff. The looks I get are great. Sort of dumbfounded. Like the expectation is to do a haggle for whom can appear to be more altruistic. But instead, I just accept the gift immediately. There’s a slow coming to the realization that now they have to pay, because they just offered to.
Smearing cake on faces during birthday/wedding celebrations. It’s such a waste and no one enjoys it.
Belittling people or laughing at them for their interests. I’m willing to bet that most people have interests or hobbies they don’t talk about with friends because they think their friends won’t like it, or think it will change people’s perception of them.
