Not discussing how much you earn. It just makes it easier for corporations to screw you over when you have no idea what other people earn.
Not giving a salary range when posting a job OR it being taboo to ask how much a job pays during an interview. I know what I need to make to continue to pay my mortgage and bills and it would save us both a lot of time if I know NOT to apply for a job with a salary I cannot live on.
Throwing people into the pool in pool parties. Not everyone enjoys it.

Forcing small children to kiss/be physically affectionate towards family members even when they adamantly do not want to and making them feel guilty for it
