Having a wedding so extraordinary it puts you and your spouse in immense debt.
Refusing/disagreeing with compliments in order to be polite.
For some reason it’s perceived as rude to agree with genuine compliments. That’s ridiculous. We should all be as honest about our strengths as we are expected to be about our flaws.
Working ourselves to death.
