What’s the name of this song?

It's from the 80s or 90s I think? Laid back sound. It has an instrumental section near the start with a saxophone and a guitar, the guitar goes 'doo doooo, doo doooo' (high low, high low), then the saxophone repeats the same notes. Can't remember if it had any lyrics but I don't think so. It's not Baker Street.
