What’s your biggest « ick » with men?

Entitlement.

Learned helplessness.

Weaponized incompetence.

When they touch me without permission. Had a dude come up and just wrap an arm around my waist to get my attention. We had never met. I was at my professional job. That is not ok dude. A simple shoulder tap would have sufficed.

Following/liking thirst traps on social media. Showing off what and who you jack off to is fucking gross.

So many. Rather than one, here are just a few:

• When they view women as objects rather than people
• When they view women based on his personal desire for her without respect for her humanity
• When they generalize all women or treat women as some mysterious “other”
• When they feel the unsolicitedly announce their sexual attraction or otherwise make their sexual attraction other people’s business without consent
• When they have their spank bank wank material out for everyone to see
• When they don’t respect people’s boundaries
• When they have anger issues, react violently, or have violent outbursts
• When they are intentionally cruel
• When they are thoughtlessly cruel
• When they are needlessly harsh and insensitive or lack empathy for others
• When they blame other people for the consequences of their own choices and actions
• When they “banter” and are being very hurtful to someone for fun
• When they stalk, follow, harass, or bother other people
• When they don’t understand the need for enthusiastic consent
• When their solipsism makes other humans and their experiences opaque and meaningless to them
• When they make stupid and dangerous choices to try to impress other idiots
• When they are unwilling or unable to experience, express, and regulate their emotions in a healthy way
• …and many more

The men who whine and cry about wanting traditional women, but they are not traditional men. All they want is someone to cater to them, they don’t actually want traditional women or to be traditional

guys who say, “you’re so easy to talk to!” when they haven’t asked me a single question in 2 hours
