Change the order of the brain development in humans. The reason teenagers are so fucking crazy is because our emotional centers develop before we develop the parts largely responsible for introspection and control.
Now people can mentally give commands to their bodies. Imagine eating something delicious and fatty and then just telling your body “okay just shit it out, we don’t need to store that” or “okay enough with the balding, grow hair there again” or to make it practical: “stop giving sustenance to the tumor and let that cancer die off”
The ability to understand statistics. Humans intuition of statistics is awful, and a lot of problems would be solved if we had a better grasp on the matter.
Make teeth more durable.
Cat ears. I know Japan will thank me and build me a shrine in some anime store.
