Works like a charm. Spent two years fighting with customer service reps who refused to listen to me at my state’s Unemployment office for money they owed me. Sent an email to the department’s director and CC’ed every single member of leadership (15 cc’s) including the governor.

My money was in my account the next business day. No questions asked.
