Mid 20s, stuck in Northern Ireland, still living with parents, job is unfulfilling and my long term relationship recently ended out of the blue..
Each day feels like a complete struggle. I wake up, go to work, hit the gym/see friends and then head home to sleep. It feels almost robotic and I hate it.
I can feel my mental health slipping as each day passes and I don’t know what to do about it. I’ve had one therapy session so far but the therapist is now off for a month.. great timing.
This is the worst rut I have ever been in and I can’t see the way out at the moment.. any tips would be appreciated.
