Lawyers of Internet, 16-17 year old teenagers can get taxed, but can’t vote. Why is this not considered taxation without representation?

In Austria you can vote at the age of 16. Great country!

If this is the US, they get taxed on their paychecks, but likely don’t really make enough, so are fairly likely to get most if not all back later.
