My mom said, “let me help you, you don’t have to do anything and I’ll take care of everything” she was talking about making dr’s appointments and getting therapy and stuff

My cbt helped me. But as for regular people. Nobody ever said anything that helped. But what they did do that helped was be there, because its difficult to hang around depressed people.
