Consiglio: Take the extra couple seconds to ensure you’ve spelled everyone’s name right in an email or message

I believe it is disrespectful to miss-spell someone's name and all it takes is a few seconds of empathy to take the effort to ensure you spell their name right. My last name is hard to spell, but we have a company directory, there is no excuse for spelling it wrong other than simply not caring.
