You can thank Ryan for showing his true colors. It sucks that he holds sole ownership of the lease. Are you in a position where you can sit down with ALL your roommates and discuss with Ryan that it’s not his place to control you (or who you talk to) and that you will leave if he continues?
Also, you need to be careful. If he’s this insecure and controlling, he may do worse. You should consider moving elsewhere anyhow, if possible.

first, fuck this guy. second, don’t let him use the lease being in his name to control you… use not being on the lease as your easy out and find yourself a better living situation asap. he’s clearly bitter that you’re not interested in him and doesn’t seem to be mature enough to move past the rejection.

He’s a dangerous creep and I wouldn’t be surprised if he tried to harm you honestly. He feels entitled to your body. You need to move out. Oh and sleeping with people on your bed is gross and unhygienic. You can’t trust this guy. Get a lock on your door.
