You really need to find a new place to live before he makes life even worse for you. It might be hard to find a new place, but you don’t deserve this and unfortunately/legally it’s a lot murkier trying to stay and assert any rights you may or may not have (not to mention it’s potentially dangerous).
I’m 32 and have learned the hard way to always be on the lease of wherever you’re living.
Not only are you not the asshole…please get out, for your own safety. You’re not on the lease, so you have no lease to break. I understand finding a new place is easier said than done, but this guy’s possessiveness and attempts to police your behavior are really NOT normal and could escalate into a situation that’s more than just gross and uncomfortable, but actually unsafe.
How has the situation evolved? Are you gonna move out or?

So, you can’t have someone in your own bed, but he can & it’s your bed!! Run away!! If you get drunk he’ll try it on with you. It’s not that safe there.
