What authority does he have to kick you out? It sounds like he’s just a roommate, not an owner or enforcer of the lease, so it doesn’t sound like he can kick you out unless there’s something you haven’t told us.

I’d just start being completely gross around him. Burp. Fart. Talk about how awful my period is. Find something I know he doesn’t like and pretend I’m super passionate about. Grow out body hair, bleach mustache in front of him. Or whatever to try to make yourself as unattractive as possible to him. I’m hoping he’s young due to his level of immaturity and if so the basics should take him out.
This sounds like a dangerous living situation you should focus on getting out of.
